IMD issues heavy rain warning for several dists

Bhubaneswar and Cuttack experienced light to moderate rain and thunderstorms due to a cyclonic circulation over the Bay of Bengal, expected to become a low-pressure area. Waterlogging occurred in low-lying areas.
