Infant dies from injuries sustained in accident

A tragic road accident near Lahunipada claimed the life of an 18-month-old boy, Soumya Ranjan Luha, who succumbed to his injuries on Thursday. The collision between a motorcycle and a passenger bus on Wednesday evening also critically injured the boy’s mother and cousin. The motorcycle rider had died instantly, while the bus driver fled the scene.
