Jharkhand is set to get four new medical colleges in Khunti, Jamtara, Dhanbad, and Giridih, with the Union government approving the state’s proposal. Khunti and Jamtara will offer 50 MBBS seats each, while Dhanbad and Giridih will have 100 seats apiece.
