Jharkhand High Court Orders State to Implement DACP Benefits for Doctors

The Jharkhand High Court has directed the state government to extend Dynamic Assured Career Progression (DACP) scheme benefits to all medical cadre employees within eight weeks. This decision follows petitions from 53 doctors and earlier court rulings that deemed the government’s alteration of the scheme’s effective date as improper.
