Karnataka man duped of Rs 6 lakh in online job scam; lured via YouTube ad promising daily earnings

Gaurish, a Udupi resident, was allegedly defrauded of over ₹6 lakh after clicking on a YouTube advertisement promising daily earnings. He was added to a WhatsApp group that promoted online part-time jobs, instructing him to invest money. Despite transferring ₹6.05 lakh, he received neither the promised returns nor his initial investment, leading him to file a police complaint.
