Kerala: Teen ignores traffic signal, hits senior citizen with bike; arrested

A 19-year-old biker, Emmanuel, has been arrested for hitting a 68-year-old pedestrian and fleeing the scene at Puthukkad Center. The accident occurred after the biker reportedly ignored a traffic signal. Following a two-day investigation involving surveillance footage, police traced the bike and apprehended the nursing student.
