Kolkata: CISF conducts raids on illegal coal mining sites in Mugma

CISF sector headquarters in Kolkata has launched a large-scale raid at coal mining sites under Eastern Coalfield Ltd in Mugma, Jharkhand. The operation targets rampant unauthorized extraction and transportation of coal, aiming to dismantle illegal trade networks and prevent revenue loss and environmental risks. Coordinated teams are inspecting mining sites, coal dumps, and transportation routes.
