Kurnool bus fire: Forensic report confirms biker was under influence of alcohol

Forensic reports confirm the biker responsible for the Kurnool bus fire tragedy, Shiva Shankar, was intoxicated. He died in a self-inflicted accident, leading to the bus hitting his motorcycle and igniting a fire. The bus driver tested negative for alcohol. A new case has been registered based on these findings.
