Kurnool police have arrested Vemuri Vinod Kumar, owner of V. Kaveri Travels, as Accused No. 2 in the fatal bus accident that killed 19 people. The investigation revealed the bus was illegally converted to a sleeper coach and carried unauthorized cargo, including a gas cylinder.
