R Lalthangliana, the winner of the Dampa assembly bypoll, will be sworn in as a new member of the Mizoram assembly on Tuesday. Speaker Lalbiakzama will administer the oath of office to the MNF leader at 11 am. Lalthangliana secured victory by 562 votes in the bypoll.
