Lohardaga DC Kumar Tarachand inspected several Chhath ghats, including Victoria pond and Shankh river ghat, to ensure festival preparedness. He urged officials and puja samitis to prioritize devotee safety amidst anticipated crowds, emphasizing proper security, lighting, and the deployment of volunteers and divers to prevent any untoward incidents.
