Lt Gen Vivek Kashyap, a seasoned officer with 38 years of service, has assumed command as the 12th commandant of the Officers’ Training Academy (OTA) in Gaya. With expertise in mechanised warfare and cyber operations, his appointment is expected to enhance the academy’s training programs.
