Maharashtra’s Deputy CM Eknath Shinde has ordered strict action against builders involved in the unauthorized construction of 65 buildings in Kalyan-Dombivli. Following a High Court declaration of illegality due to fake RERA certificates, KDMC has been instructed to file complaints with the EOW.
