Man and son arrested for assaulting excise officials in Berhampur

Tofan Kumar Sahu and his son Sagar were arrested for allegedly assaulting excise personnel and forcibly entering their office to demand the release of Santosh Mandal, who was detained for illegal liquor transportation. During the altercation, they allegedly attempted to attack an officer with an iron rod and verbally abused excise squad members.
