Man gets 20-year RI for raping minor girl, making her pregnant

In Sundargarh district, a Pocso court has sentenced a 28-year-old man to 20 years of rigorous imprisonment for raping a minor girl in 2019, resulting in her pregnancy. The accused, who was 22 at the time, had a physical relationship with the 17-year-old girl. The court also imposed a fine and directed compensation for the survivor.
