Manipur IDPs return 11L govt aid, say 84/day not enough to survive

Hundreds of displaced individuals in Imphal East rejected over Rs 11 lakh in monetary aid, deeming the Rs 84 daily allowance per person insufficient for essentials like rice. Protesters returned the funds, demanding either safe return to their homes within ten days or adequate support to sustain them in relief camps.
