Meet held to revive glory of Manipur Rajbari in Shillong

Manipur government officials met in Imphal to plan the reconstruction of the historic Manipur Rajbari in Shillong. The Rajbari was recently demolished due to safety concerns. Participants discussed using anastylosis, a conservation technique, to revive its former glory. A committee is overseeing the restoration process. The aim is to rebuild the heritage site.
