Meghalaya’s IT & Communication Department has earned the ‘Dual Platform Achiever’ award for seamlessly integrating its e-services with DigiLocker and EntityLocker. Union Minister S Krishnan presented the accolade to Commissioner & Secretary Pravin Bakshi in New Delhi, recognizing the state’s significant stride in digital governance and citizen service delivery.
