Microsoft expands Hyderabad presence with 2.6 lakh sq ft lease at Phoenix Centaurus

Microsoft has expanded its Hyderabad presence with a significant 264,000 sq ft office lease in the financial district. The five-year agreement, commencing July 2025, is with Table Space Technologies at Phoenix Centaurus. This move reinforces Microsoft’s commitment to India, its largest R&D hub outside the US.
