Microsoft to refund customers for 365 subscription price hike: Who is eligible, how to claim refund and more

Microsoft has apologised to Australian subscribers for not clearly presenting a cheaper subscription option. Following a lawsuit by the ACCC, the tech giant is offering refunds to eligible customers who switch to a non-AI enabled plan by December 31, 2025. Refunds will cover the price difference from the first renewal after November 30, 2024.
