A 40-year-old woman in Arunachal Pradesh was critically injured after being shot in the back by a minor with a stolen .22 bore rifle. The incident occurred while the minor was hunting birds. Both the minor and the rifle’s owner, a police sub-inspector, are in custody for investigation.
