MP: Man axed over property dispute; police make complainant wash car while brother lies bleeding

Police at Bhind’s Daboh station are accused of making a complainant wash a sub-inspector’s car while his brother, injured in an axe attack, bled outside. The family alleged police delayed registering the FIR for an hour and demanded money, instead of providing immediate medical aid. Relatives have appealed to the SP for action.
