Mumbai: 2 pose as RTO staff to extort motorist, held

Two men impersonating RTO officials extorted Rs 5200 from a college student in Kandivali East by threatening to tow his vehicle. The incident occurred on November 18, and the accused were apprehended on November 23 after the victim filed a police complaint. Police are investigating their criminal history.
