Mumbai: Digi-billboard can’t be 3 times brighter than its surroundings

Mumbai’s BMC is stepping up its game with new outdoor advertising rules aimed at reducing glare from digital billboards to ensure safer driving conditions. This updated regulation, which takes precedence over the previous 2008 guidelines, also greenlights advertising on the exteriors of construction sites and barricades.
