Mumbai: Retired police officer booked for sexually harassing minor in Borivali Lift

A retired police inspector has been booked under the POCSO Act for allegedly sexually harassing a 9-year-old girl in a Borivali East housing society lift. The 67-year-old accused reportedly touched the minor inappropriately and attempted to kiss her. The victim informed her mother, leading to the police complaint.
