A junior sailor, Rakesh Dubbala, and his brother Umesh were apprehended in Telangana by the Mumbai crime branch for stealing a rifle and ammunition from Navy Nagar in Mumbai. Police suspect the duo intended to sell the weapon, potentially to Naxalites.
