NSDL IPO: Rs 4,000 crore issue to open on July 30; valuation pegged at Rs 16,000 crore

The National Securities Depository Limited IPO will launch on July 30. It follows an extension from the Securities and Exchange Board of India. The IPO is a pure offer for sale of over five crore equity shares. Several shareholders are participating in this offer. The IPO aims to raise up to four thousand crore rupees.
