Odisha government approves TP scheme-8 for urban development and infrastructure enhancement

Bhubaneswar’s urban development gets a major boost with the state government’s approval of Town Planning Scheme-8. Spanning over 560 acres in Andharua and Daspur, this project, led by BDA, will create modern infrastructure, including wide roads and essential utilities. Landowners will contribute 40% of their land for development, enhancing the value of their retained property and the city’s liveability.
