Odisha government launches comprehensive survey for early identification of disabled children aged 0-6

Odisha is launching a 30-day survey across all districts to identify children aged 0-6 with any of the 21 disability categories. Anganwadi workers will gather household data to facilitate early intervention, rehabilitation, and tailored welfare programs. This initiative aims to ensure timely support and improve outcomes for young children with disabilities, aligning with national policies and court directives.
