Odisha government launches unified WhatsApp chatbot for 120 citizen services

The Odisha government has partnered with Meta to launch “Ama Sathi,” a unified WhatsApp chatbot providing access to over 120 citizen services for 45 million residents. Chief Secretary Manoj Ahuja unveiled the initiative, emphasizing its role in convenient, last-mile service delivery. Key services include obtaining certificates, licenses, and accessing benefits, available in both Odia and English with voice capabilities.
