One of Silicon Valley’s biggest companies sue female AI engineers for helping ‘copycat competitor’

Palantir Technologies has sued two former senior AI engineers, Radha Jain and Joanna Cohen, alleging they stole confidential documents and source code to establish a “copycat” competitor, Percepta. The defense tech company claims the engineers, who held significant roles, provided Percepta with an illegal head start. Palantir seeks to enforce non-compete agreements and recover company property.
