Ore transport year round for domesticmkt, but exports still banned in rains

Goa’s government has amended its mineral policy, allowing iron ore transport for domestic consumption nationwide during monsoon. Previously restricted to within the state, this change accommodates new leaseholders with out-of-state steel plants. The export ban dates will now be declared periodically, offering flexibility after a six-year shutdown.
