The Orissa High Court has mandated cleaning hospital premises and local police stations as a condition for bail for eight individuals arrested in narcotics and criminal conspiracy cases. Justice S K Panigrahi directed offenders to clean specific health centers and police stations for set durations, alongside other stringent conditions.
