Orissa high court rules co-owners can sell undivided shares in property without consent

Justice Behera’s ruling came after Padmini Barik challenged a sub-registrar’s refusal to register her sale deed. The court directed the sub-registrar to accept the deed, reinforcing co-owners’ rights under the Transfer of Property Act.
