Over 11k join Cong, party makes 10th of every month designated joining day

Over 11,000 individuals, including BJP members, joined the Congress in Assam on Monday as part of a new initiative to welcome defectors ahead of the 2026 assembly elections. Assam PCC president Gaurav Gogoi highlighted public dissatisfaction with the BJP government and announced further joining events.
