India has submitted detailed architectural drawings and interior photographs of Arthur Road Jail’s Barrack 12 to a Belgian court to assure humane detention conditions for fugitive businessman Mehul Choksi. The affidavit, prepared by CPWD, showcases the barrack’s features, including security measures and amenities, as Choksi faces extradition for the PNB fraud case.
