Can’t declare enemy property without hearing petitioner: HC
Bombay High Court in Goa has overturned a 2010 order declaring a property in Assagao as enemy property. Justices Bharati Dangre and Ashish Chavan ruled that purchasers in 2009 were denied a hearing. The court removed the custodian’s name from property records, allowing fresh proceedings with due process.
