Khan, a British citizen, is accused of promoting religious propaganda and maintaining foreign contacts, raising national security concerns.

Four individuals were apprehended in Kabaka village, Puttur, for consuming narcotic substances and misbehaving in a public area. Police on patrol received information and found the group acting inappropriately. Upon questioning, they admitted to drug consumption, which was later confirmed by medical examination. A case has been registered under the NDPS Act.
