Cops arrest convict 18 yrs after he jumped parole
Rajgangpur police have apprehended Mangulu Rout, a convicted prisoner who had been absconding for 18 years. Rout was serving a life sentence for a 2002 murder stemming from a land dispute. He escaped in 2007 while on parole and was recently arrested in Bilaigarh, Kansbahal.
