Pakistan is to freak out over this reaction of both the leaders, the spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan also said that the mention of Pakistan in the India-US joint statement is one-sided, misleading and contrary to diplomatic norms. In the matter, Pakistan Foreign Ministry spokesperson Shafqat Ali Khan said that Pakistan is surprised by the inclusion of such comments without acknowledging its sacrifices.

Approval to extradite Tahawwur Rana to India

Earlier in the day, India achieved a major diplomatic victory when Trump agreed to extradite 26-11 terrorist attack accused Tahawwur Rana to face justice, which has been India’s long-standing demand. The decision was announced by US President Trump in the presence of PM Modi. Trump said, ‘My administration has approved the extradition of Tahawwur Rana, one of the worst people in the world, to face justice in India.

PM Modi thanks Trump

Pakistani-origin Canadian citizen Rana is kept in a detention center in Los Angeles. While thanking Trump for Rana’s extradition, PM Modi stressed that united action is necessary to end cross-border terrorism. In the joint statement of the two leaders, terrorist groups like Al-Qaeda, Islamic State, Jaish-e-Mohammed and Lashkar-e-Taiba were described as the biggest threat. Let us tell you that, President Trump has already given a blow by suspending US $ 845 million funding for projects in Pakistan.
