Panel formed to monitor seized cash

A district committee in Patna has been formed to expedite the return of seized cash, following Election Commission guidelines. If no election link is found or no FIR is filed, cash will be released promptly. Appeals must be made within two days, or the funds will be forfeited. Larger sums require Income Tax clearance.
