Passenger from Dubai arrested at Mumbai Airport with Rs 87 lakh foreign currency hidden in luggage

A passenger arriving from Dubai was apprehended at Mumbai’s international airport with foreign currency valued at Rs 87 lakh. The cash was discovered concealed within his checked-in trolley bag during a routine inspection. He was subsequently taken into custody under the Customs Act, 1962, with an investigation now in progress.
