Patna HC quashes Rs20k maintenance, cites wife’s concealment of alimony

The Patna High Court overturned a family court’s order for a man to pay monthly maintenance to his wife. The court found she concealed her previous divorce and a substantial alimony of Rs 40 lakh received from her prior marriage.
