‘Pay Rs 30,000/month as maintenance to 4th wife’: Allahabad HC to SP MP Mohibbullah Nadvi
The Allahabad High Court has ordered Samajwadi Party MP Mohibbullah Nadvi to pay monthly maintenance to his fourth wife or face legal action. While staying arrears recovery, the court referred the matrimonial dispute to mediation for an amicable resolution. Failure to comply with maintenance payments or mediation success will end the interim order.
