Brian J. Cole Jr., 30, was arrested and charged with placing two pipe bombs near Democratic and Republican committee headquarters before the Jan. 6, 2021 Capitol attack. Cole allegedly believed conspiracy theories about the 2020 election being stolen and spoke with investigators for hours.
