Police investigating IVF clinics in and around Hyderabad

Hyderabad police are investigating IVF and surrogacy centers in Gopalapuram and other areas, suspecting illegal commercial surrogacy practices. Many couples may be unaware of the ban, as only altruistic surrogacy involving family members at established centers is permitted. Authorities are checking 158 fertility centers, including ART and surrogacy centers, for violations.
