Police plaint against 7 juvenile inmates in S’garh

Seven inmates of a Sundargarh juvenile observation home have been accused of extorting money and brutally assaulting a fellow minor inmate. The victim, who attempted suicide after the ordeal, is currently hospitalized. A police complaint has been filed, and an investigation is underway to determine the full extent of the abuse.
