Police rescue abducted coach attendant, arrest 5

Patna police rescued Rakesh Kumar, a Hatia-Patna Express coach attendant, from abductors in Barh. Five suspects linked to a liquor smuggling network were arrested. The gang confessed to abducting Kumar in retaliation for a liquor seizure, demanding ransom. Police cordoned off regions, seized weapons and liquor, and are investigating the smuggling network’s extent.
