Damodar Kamat, a signboard painter turned photographer, documented six decades of Hindi cinema through his studio, Kamat Foto Flash. His granddaughter, Neha, is now digitizing his vast archive of four lakh stills, preserving the legacy of not just celebrities but also the uncredited crew.
