Himachal Pradesh is grappling with the aftermath of flash floods triggered by cloudbursts in Chamba and Mandi, resulting in 78 deaths since June 20. Chamba was cut off after a bridge washed away, while Mandi’s Seraj Valley received aid via IAF helicopter.
